Lee Martin.

We specialise in 1-1 and 2-1 coaching experiences for players of any age or ability. Lee Martin is an ex-professional footballer having played for clubs including Manchester United, Ipswich, Millwall and Gillingham. Lee is also a UEFA A license candidate and current Gillingham Youth Team coach.

About Us.

Starting as a trainee at Wimbledon, Lee Martin’s career has taken him to clubs from Manchester United to Ashford United via clubs including Royal Antwerp (United’s feeder club) Ipswich, Millwall, Rangers, Sheff Utd, Nottingham Forest, Charlton and Gillingham and further down the line a successful non-league career for Ebbsfleet, Dover and Ramsgate.

Lee has experienced the pressure of being a youth player chased by Premier League clubs, playing under many world renowned managers including Alex Ferguson and Roy Keane and has also had to deal with some of the difficulties that many players have to deal with during their career.

With over 400 appearances at pro-level and experience as a youth coach at League 2 Gillingham, Lee has the knowledge and experience that is vital for any aspiring footballer.

Lee has a sixth sense when it comes to understanding a players needs.

"Lee's coaching style is perfect for my son. The way he ensures he understands the players needs and ability to structure his sessions means Milo always gets maximum benefit from it, it's like he has a sixth sense when it comes to understanding a players needs.

For me though it isn't just the coaching standard it is how Lee speaks to my son before and after. Making him feel welcome and focused and then explaining and authenticating every thing they covered and the reasons for it."
